We are pleased to offer a wide range of versatile rooms for all manner of meetings, conferences and product launches. In addition, all daytime corporate guests have complimentary access to the Museum including the Historic Hangars, Battle of Britain Hall, Milestones of Flight and Grahame White Hangar during opening hours.
Breakout rooms are also available with all conference combinations.
Our custom built Lecture Theatre has tiered seating for up to 224 people theatre style with fold down writing tables and a projection room offering state of the art audio visual equipment.
The Theatre has easy access for production crews from the main car park and full technical back-up. With all of the equipment in place, PowerPoint presentations could not be easier, simply turn up with your laptop, plug it in, and begin your presentation. This ensures minimal set up time and adds to the smooth running of your event.
Refreshment and exhibition space is available in adjacent rooms - the Art Gallery or Halton Gallery.
The versatile Halton Gallery can be used as an exhibition and breakout space in conjunction with the Lecture Theatre or a function room in its own right.
Located on the ground floor with adjacent access to the Historic Hangars, the Halton Gallery has 231 sqm of floor space, plenty of power and large windows allowing plenty of natural daylight for the comfort of guests.
With an abundance of natural daylight, boardroom seating and air conditioning the Boardroom & Cranwell Room, used together or separately, are two impressive locations ideal for smaller, more exclusive meetings.
Located conveniently close to the Lecture Theatre, Art Gallery and Halton Gallery, these rooms are perfect as breakout areas or exclusive rooms for VIP's and guest speakers.
The elegant Art Gallery is the perfect space for a breakout area for conferences in the adjacent Lecture Theatre. Imagine guests ascending a flight of stairs to the Art Gallery where they will be offered a welcome cup of coffee and enjoy the unique trophy collection, art collection on display and stunning views overlooking the Historic Hangars below.
Alternatively the Art Gallery can be used on its own as an informal reception area for up to 150 people.
Boasting 480 sqm of uninterrupted floor space, ground floor access through a large loading bay, three phase power and air conditioning, the versatility of the Dermot Boyle Wing is endless.
The Dermot Boyle Wing can accommodate a wide range of events including exhibitions, trade shows, auctions, product launches, car clinics and conferences.
With a secure hard-standing free car park for over 300 cars and an additional area for coaches, the Museum grounds can accommodate a wide range of events. Marquees can be set up on the grassed area - providing either additional or alternative facilities.
